Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Expedia states in listing 2 o'clock check in but when you get access details it states 5 o'clock earliest... No exceptions! Got access details to the main building and to the room fairly quickly. On arrival after 5, I gained access to main building and tried to get into the room but it was locked from the inside, so other than breaking the door in you couldn't gain entry. The office which is your contact to the property closes at 5 so you have to go through Expedia to try and get sorted as awhich is next to useless. Over 24 hours later I still have had no contact from the property contact or any apologies regarding the matter and I was forced to try and get alternative accommodation at 8.30pm. Avoid
