The staff from the time I arrived until I left were absolutely first class. Friendly, helpful and very welcoming. My room was impeccably clean, well decorated and light and airy. Breakfast is ordered on arrival or in the evening. The cooked breakfast was delicious, extremely well cooked and served by attentive and friendly staff. There is also a well stocked breakfast buffet table with a range of fruit juice, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruits. Make your own toast. Tea and coffee is served, which is a nice change from thermos pots. The car park is quite large to the side/ rear of the building. There is an option for express online check in and check out. In all I can heartily recommend this property and the team there.

The hospitality was fantastic. The staff couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a lovely stay. The rooms were spotless with fluffy white towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was cooked perfectly and very tasty. Plenty of safe parking. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The staff are so welcoming, freindly, helpful and caring. They made me feel part of the family and as I was a female travelling alone and miles from home I considered myself to be very privileged. It was a very humble experience. 6 stars to CJ and Nick for the service and welcome they provided. Paul and Bryanna 5 stars. The breakfast was really yummy and probably the hottest breakfast I have ever had. I would definitely stay here again if I ever was in the area. My bathroom was very tired and definately needs attending to. I stayed in room 2 which was very quite. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of free parking. I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff. Kind regards. Linzey South Wales

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is plenty of parking. Breakfast was traditional and less organised on Sunday morning. We were surprised that we had to make our breakfast coffee from a giant catering tub of Nescafe.

The breakfast was fantastic, definitely one of the best.There was loads of choice both hot and cold. Plus the chef was more than willing to make my scrambled egg with Oat and not Cow’s milk. The property was on a bus route and the bus stop was close by. I had booked this property as I was attending the Wickham Festival and pleasantly suprised to discover that the entrance was a 12 minute walk.

We stayed overnight the day before our wedding and on our wedding night at this charming facility. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We had friends and family who stayed over at the Royal Swan and enjoyed breakfast with us before heading back home. The staff were efficient friendly and effective in providing a 1st class service during our stay. We would highly recommend this facility to anywhere needing accommodation in the area.
