A fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances, wine fridge and separate laundry room makes entertaining effortless. The property offers four beautifully designed bedrooms: a first-floor king-size master suite with open-plan en-suite, a second first-floor double with en-suite, another double with access to a stylish ground-floor shower room, and a king-size bedroom within a self-contained ground-floor annexe with its own en-suite - ideal for added privacy. Outside, landscaped terraces, a covered heated pool and multiple alfresco seating areas create a serene setting for relaxation, dining and enjoying waterside sunsets throughout the year.

Inside, the cabin features a thoughtfully equipped kitchenette with a microwave combi oven, two-ring induction hob, toaster, coffee machine and a generously sized fridge with small freezer, alongside a compact dining table for relaxed meals. An efficient electric fire and DAB Bluetooth radio add comfort and ambience, while the inviting double bed is perfectly positioned to enjoy spectacular river sunsets and countryside views. With its own private entrance, a spacious furnished deck for outdoor relaxation, shared access to the estate's private jetty and allocated parking, the cabin offers a peaceful and beautifully self-contained retreat.
