Our family of 3 stayed here for 10 days during a very hot Bermuda summer. The place was nice for the most part and conveniently located near bus stops, a hiking trail as well as a gorgeous water view.
A few unexpected things were the rocks on the waterfront are VERY sharp and my daughter cut her foot open twice, so water shoes are a must. We weren't aware that the drinking water provided was limited (was not communicated to us), though the owner did provide 1 extra bottle at no cost (as the policy was not disclosed), it was not a lot of water to provide for 10 days/3 people and a inconvenient to carry water from the grocery stores on a bus in extreme heat.
Beds were comfortable, large kitchen, bathroom looks relatively modern.
Netflix was having issues so we didn't use it. Wifi was strong. The teapot is actually a small one cup keurig and the toaster is a function on the air fryer.
The hosts are nice and polite.
Southampton is a lovely parish, close to beaches, but there is some traffic noise during rush hours from the house.
