Do not like that when your parked in the rear of the building that the side walk ends and you have to walk through a grassy/muddy area when we arrived it was raining and the next morning it was still muddy!

Frustrating check in. Noted disorientation regarding a ready room and when a room was assigned it was occupied. The person apparently went into the wrong room and it created more frustration finding another ready room. It was worked out however when I expressed concern that our credit card which was initially connected to the first room assigned could be charged the manager was rude in her response which I felt was inappropriate. I didn’t think my concern was unreasonable.
