Conveniently located between Pinehurst and Southern Pines this location offers fine dining, pub fare and breweries within a few miles of the Villa. This two bedroom, two bath villa offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer and deck that overlooks the reservoir park with hiking and biking trails. Clubhouse with pool and a grill for ordering snacks and lunch. The Pavilion on the property has a fireplace, outdoor grills, cornhole and plenty of outdoor seating and dining.
