Inside the home you have 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 powder room, including cable internet perfect for working/ZOOM-ing from home or streaming TV (Google mesh WIFI throughout)

The Space
General layout:
- Main floor: has a powder room, a living room with a 65in TV and pull-out sectional couch that sleeps up to two (full size bed), a den for lounging around a fire place with a 55' TV, a full kitchen with cookware/plates/utensils as well as dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave, a pantry with washer/dryer, and a dining room that can sit 6 to 8 guests
- Upstairs: has 4 bedrooms, including a) Master BR with a queen bed and private bathroom (new for 2022: 55’ TV wall-mounted), b) two similarly-sized bedrooms each with a full bed, night stands and closets, and c) a small bedroom with a futon couch and an adjustable-height “Fully” desk with dual monitors for your working pleasures if you must (can be removed from room if no desire for an office-setting). Another shared full bathroom is also located upstairs. Queen-sized air mattress is also available for guest use.
- Garage: has a 2nd fridge for drinks or anything else you like, two bikes and helmets for guest use, a TV with Roku, and a dart board
- Basement (unfinished): has a ping pong table (new). Rest of the space is generally for storage.

The home has central air conditioning and baseboard heating, and can comfortably sleep 6 to 8 guests between the 4 bedrooms, the pull-out couch and spare queen air mattress.

The kitchen and dining area have a view of the deck that overlooks the backyard with the pool. The backyard deck has ample seating in the form of a sectional couch with cushions, and a 40' by 40' table. There is also a brand new 3-burner Weber Grill for guest use, and pool toys are in the shed.

Note the Pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekend, and we close it up about a week after Labor Day for the season.

The front of the house has a covered porch with two adirondack chairs, and the driveway has a basketball hoop perfect for kids (or adults). Basketball and other miscellaneous sports equipment is available for guest use in the garage.

Guest access
Guests should feel free to use the driveway which can fit up to four cars. Street parking is also available if needed.

The right-side garage is also available for parking if needed, although larger SUVs will have a harder time fitting.
