My Stay in Southport

The staff was very cordial, the room was very comfortable. They had a variety for the breakfast buffet and the location was great. I would have rated you higher but my 8 year old granddaughter rated your pool 0 for the following reasons. 1. Leaves and bugs in pool 2. Dead frog on side of pool 3. Had to reach over to outside of door to get out of pool area.

Wonderful Stay

Every staff member was over the top friendly and helpful. Especially the desk clerk and the lady restocking the breakfast items. The breakfast choices were excellent and delicious. Our granddaughters loved the pool and running the elevator. Lol

It’s super annoying to show up to your hotel room with four people to have two towels / one washcloth waiting for you. Also for breakfast, several things ran out at 9 o’clock when breakfast is until 9:30pm. Then, get an attitude that “We will have to wait till tomorrow” for waffles and coffee. Front Desk - Super - Cleaning Staff - Awesome - # of towels and breakfast lady’s attitude - not so much!

The hotel was clean quiet and very organized everyone was extremely helpful and polite. Especially the manager on duty Ms. Angelica she was extremely helpful and gave us a wonderful recognition for dinner.
