Bright, pristine, and newly-built, this four-bedroom home features vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and more than a few nods to the great state of Maine with its decor and artwork. The open floor plan includes a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large dining table with seating for eight, and a cozy living area with a Netflix-ready flatscreen TV. Outside, enjoy the sights and sounds of the woods from the furnished deck where you can socialize or fire up the grill and dine in the open air. Fantastic property for a family stay

This property was wonderful! Great location for exploring Southport Island and nearby Boothbay Harbor. Well appointed, comfortable, felt immediately at home. The kids loved the bunk room and the ping-pong table in the basement. Comfy beds and really nice laundry machines. We would definitely stay here again!

We and our friends had a fabulous time during our stay here! Such a lovely, clean, quiet, spacious yet cozy space to land each evening after adventures in and around Boothbay Harbor. Great get-away home for a family with friends

The home layout was great, kids had enough room to be in different places and not on top of each other. The property was good for the boys to go exploring/ fishing and being just a short drive from Boothbay the location was perfect. While in the area we also visited Damariscotta and New Harbor and they never disappoint.

Great place. One of the better houses I've stayed in, clean, well maintained, spacious, with a kitchen equipped with everything and more. The house itself is isolated in the heart of a grove but close to everything you want to do in the area. I would love to come back.

The property was amazing. The house was big & open. Plenty of space for us. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean, and our only suggestion would be to make sure the vent in the 1/2 bath is cleaned, and the base boards in the full baths be replaced. They’re very rusty. Other than that it was prestine. It was perfectly located for our trip! Thank you!

Great house, peaceful setting

The house was perfect and had everything we needed, including a lobster pot. The first floor master bedroom is very spacious and the other 3 bedrooms were more than enough to accommodate everyone in our group. Beautiful home; clean and well equipped. The only issue was we found only one portable air conditioner for the entire house. It got hot in the upstairs bedrooms at night and we could have used a couple of additional air conditioners since the house Is so big. Otherwise no issues.
