The castle is set within a private estate enclosed by ancient medieval walls. While the owners reside on the property, they utilize a completely independent entrance, ensuring that our guests’ absolute privacy remains undisturbed throughout their stay.

The Ground Floor Cottage: A charming structure divided into two distinct units:

Unit I: Features a refined master bedroom, a full bathroom, a gracious living/dining area, and a kitchenette, all opening onto a private garden.

Unit II: A spacious residence offering two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an expansive living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.

The Castle First Floor: Accessible via a stately stone staircase, this level houses two additional premium apartments:

The North Suite: Features a master bedroom with a King-size bed, a private bathroom, a living area, and a kitchen. Upon request, an optional second bedroom with two twin beds can be made available.

The South Suite: Comprises two elegant double bedrooms, a welcoming living room, and a dedicated kitchen.

Comfort and Climate
To preserve the historical integrity and natural atmosphere of the estate, the apartments are not equipped with air conditioning. Instead, the original three-foot-thick medieval walls provide exceptional natural insulation, keeping the interiors cool even during the peak of summer. For the personal preference of our guests, high-quality fans are provided in every room, and all windows are fitted with professional insect screens.

Culinary Experiences and the Historic Cellar
Located on the ground floor of the main wing is the Grand Hall. Here, your host, Sveva, serves traditional breakfasts and, upon request, prepares exquisite Tuscan lunches and dinners. This space also hosts our signature cooking classes, allowing guests to immerse themselves authentically in the "Castello" lifestyle.

Furthermore, tucked away on the ground floor of the private wing lies the historic wine cellar, where Sveva continues the legacy of producing the estate's own exceptional wines.
