Beautiful beach front house! This 4/3 home is located right on the beach with spacious covered porches & large picture windows to enjoy the views while you relax. Custom interior features vaulted wood ceilings with cupola skylight; splendid kitchen with wet bar, beverage cooler, ice maker, granite counters, eat-in bar + pantry; master suite, spacious bath & beautiful built-ins; two queen bedrooms + a bunk room. Ground floor has a large screened in porch, 3rd bathroom, plus an outdoor shower.
The space
This stylish home features a large open concept living/dining/kitchen and game room. It is the perfect place for family and friends to gather inside, or enjoy the outdoors! The large balcony has beautiful views of the ocean, the screened in lower-level porch is great for cookouts, and the beach is just steps away. All this makes it an ideal gathering spot for everyone. Even during the busy season you feel like you are on your own private island!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
*Wash AND dry at least one complete load of laundry prior to departure.
*Remove all garbage from house and take to designated trash dump (see guest manual for directions)
*Clean and return all beach chairs, umbrella, grill, etc. to the guest storage garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS! DO NOT cross dunes or backyards to access beach. Walk/drive to designated beach pathway on JB Lane.
FINES APPLY IF SECURITY CAMERAS ARE TOUCHED Load dishwasher/wash dishes Place all used linens in laundry room (Leave quilts/comforters in bedroom)
Rinse/return beach chairs, toys, grills, etc. to guest storage DO NOT throw trash/food in yard. ALL trash must be removed from property
