Super Aufenthalt!

Der Platz in der Wohnung war fĂŒr uns perfekt (4 Erwachsene, ein Baby (5 Mo.) und ein Hund). Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe lief problemlos ab, es war alles sauber und machte einen gemĂŒtlichen Eindruck. Es gibt viele Lokale und GeschĂ€fte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Man muss beachten, dass zwei steile Treppen zu bewĂ€ltigen sind.

Kurzurlaub in Spalt

Abgesehen davon, dass das Wetter miserabel war, war der Aufenthalt gut. Spalt ist ein liebenswerter Ort, von dem viele Unternehmungen in der Umgebung angesteuert werden können. Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen, sauben und schön. Check-in fand leider in dem Sinne gar nicht statt, nur eine SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe ohne Worte, deswegen konnten wir auch nicht ĂŒbermitteln, dass ein Bettzeug und HandtĂŒcher gefehlt haben.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Landschaft

Zu fĂŒnft hatten wir schöne Tage in Spalt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt und bietet ausreichend Platz . Das Parken auf einem ca. 5 Minuten entfernten Parkplatz hat uns nicht gestört. Der Kontakt zu Frau Oliveira ist sehr nett. Danke!

Bezauberndes Altstadthaus

FĂŒr uns 5 Personen -2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (11/13/14) und unseren Hund war das Haus bestens ausgestattet und genĂŒgend groß. Wir haben die Zeit in Spalt, am Brombachsee und auf kleinen Wanderungen in der Umgebung sehr genossen. FĂŒr Menschen mit Gehbehinderung oder fĂŒr sehr kleine Kinder ist das Haus mit 2 steilen Treppen und einem offenen Treppenaufgang vielleicht nicht ganz so gut geeignet. Uns hat das keinesfalls gestört und auch unser Hund hatte damit keinerlei Problem. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne komen wir wieder!

Tolle Lage

Wir waren fĂŒr ein verlĂ€ngertes Wochenende in Spalt. Die Wohnung ist schön gerĂ€umig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt fĂŒr SpaziergĂ€nge durch die schöne Altstadt. Eine zusĂ€tzliche Toilette im Obergeschoss wĂ€re noch schön, sowie eine kleine EinfĂŒhrung in die Wohnung bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe (zB Infos zu WLAN etc.). Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen tollen Urlaub!

Sehr große gerĂ€umige Wohnung, ideal fĂŒr Familien mit Ă€lteren Kindern

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Eine extra Abstellkammer steht fĂŒr SportgerĂ€te aller Art im Foyer zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Stadt Spalt und Umgebung lĂ€dt zu vielen tollen Touren ein, sei es zu Fuß oder mit E-Bikes. FĂŒr das Relaxen sind die Seen in der NĂ€he gut erreichbar. Unbedingt auch die Eisdiele in Spalt aufsuchen, hat super leckere Eissorten!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Viel Platz fĂŒr 4 Personen. ParkplĂ€tze nur wenig vorhanden, daher kleiner Fußweg zur Unterkunft. Be- und Entladen ist jedoch direkt bei der Unterkunft möglich.

Sehr schöne Zeit in Spalt

Familien Oliveira hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben die Ruhe und die Natur genossen. Aber auch fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern gibt es viele AktivitĂ€ten und große Möglichkeiten zur BeschĂ€ftigung (SeilgĂ€rten, wasserskianlage, San Shine Freizeitspark an Brombachsee...). Wir werden sehr gern nochmals die Wohnung mieten und danken der Familie Oliveira fĂŒr die schöne Zeit in Spalt😊
