Spectacular retreat with a luxurious view

A brand new Byzantine and Chinese based holistic spa, the staff provide 5-star service in every aspect of your experience. I went for a one-niggt visit and experienced the sauna, steam room, polar plunge (brrr!) And the spherical pool. The perimeter of the sphere has jet stations providing massages for the whole body. I could only dream of a home shower that had as much pressure as the two in the pool. During my visit, I met a woman who was there for a 63-day weight loss visit. In 15 days, she experienced a 15kg loss! The village of mystra and the surrounding hills provide a breath-taking view from your private balcony. Robes, slippers and anything else you require are provided. We had breakfast and it was delicious, perfectly portioned meal with fresh ingredients and mullti-grained breads, along with local jams (fig, strawberry, and orange). I plan a multi-day return. Maybe a detox program that they offer.

Very Disapointed

The retreat was the biggest flop that i ever seen with regard to the medical evaluations. The retreat is not worth the money. The spa makes mistakes in the schedules, they changed treatments without even asking if i could, and the nutritionist was always presenting a diet with foods i was intolerant to and that he knew so because he had my intolerance report with him. The room was nice and spacious but to me the beds were unconfortable because the matresses were to soft and its not good for the spine. I didnt slept properly. The service was confusing for 3 times at 4 oclock in the afternoon i had to ask to do thd room because they havent done it. The hotel is nice and has nice bizantine arquitecture and design. There is a lack of information between the concierge and the spa because one said one thing and the other the oposite in a loosing object situation. Anyway Beside some terapists that were professional and knew what they were doing, and some of the treatment the rest is not worth it for the travel and the money it costs.

Neues Resort, noch etwas steril, wozu auch die Abschottung zum Dorf beiträgt. Beim Check-in wird der Gast streng auf die Regeln aufmerksam gemacht, kein Gebrauch von Mobiltelefonen im Restaurant etwa, manchmal hat man den Eindruck, dass der Gast in ein Konzept passen soll. Die Gebäude und Lage sehr schön, wenn man minimalistisches Design mag. Im Rahmen einer Peloponnes- Reise von 2 Wochen mit durchgehend 5* Häusern das Hotel mit dem zwiespältigsten Eindruck, weil hier die griechische Herzlichkeit gegenüber der coolness in den Hintergrund tritt. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse des Restaurants aus. Für einen gemütlichen Drink oder Café geht man besser die 5 Minuten ins Dorf. Strenges Nichtraucherhotel, auch in den Aussenbereichen. Fazit: ein schönes neues Haus, das seine Seele noch finden muss!

The staff was extremely kind. Also theirs look was very enthusiastic cause they looked liked thibetians The room is big with all the necessary amenties. Wifi is very food . They have looked for each detail and the result is astonished.
