Gas fire pit on deck overlooking Spearfish. Wood fire pit also. Concrete patio with basketball hoop! Laundry room! Outdoor playset with a large trampoline! Very nice and spacious, outdoor wraparound deck! Office!(can be utilized as a bedroom). Hike up the hill and see incredible view from up high! NO TVs!!! Close to many attractions!
