Between art and nature farm in Umbria Green Heart of Italy
The Cuore Verde farmhouse, in an unspoiled nature, between the art of historic centers and medieval villages, welcomes its guests in a rural villa of the seventeenth century. It is located on the slopes of a hill with olive groves and woods in a naturalistic oasis of 18 hectares completely fenced, conducted with the practice of organic farming, of which the company was a pioneer in Umbria, 2 km from Spello. Recently restored and finely furnished with antique furniture, the agriturismo has three apartments inside the main villa and two adjacent ones, as well as a cottage on the hill.
The Olivo apartment is on the first floor of the main building, and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen cupboard, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub with shower.
The pool is heated with solar panels and open from April to October and equipped with an aquatic treadmill

Peaceful Perfection !!
From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our getaway. The house is beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully prepared as if you are staying with your family. The atmosphere is welcoming a cozy. there are so many beautiful little touches. We loved waking up to the stunning views of the olive trees from our window and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings that allowed us to unwind completely. The hosts were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure to ensure that we had everything we needed. They even gifted me with wine on my birthday. If you are looking for a laid-back peaceful oasis in Italy this is the place. I loved staying here and if I could rate this a 10 or higher, I would. I recommend this stay to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation spot with amazing hosts.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Sehr gepflegte, schöne Unterkunft und ruhig gelegen.
Die An- und Abreise war perfekt organisiert. Morgens kam oft die Besitzerin auf das Grundstück und hat sehr gerne Tipps und Anregungen gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Petit havre de paix au coeur de L'Ombrie
Charmante maison très bien équipée, superbe piscine au coeur des oliviers. A 2km de Spello et au coeur de plein de destinations à découvrir en Ombrie. Communication simple et facile. Très agréable point de chute pour se reposer, se baigner après une bonne journée de balades et découvrir différents superbes sites de ce magnifique coin de l'Italie!
Voiture indispensable, supermarché à proximité, possibilité de cuisiner, machine à laver à dispo, mobilier de jardin... Et même de superbes produits locaux en cadeau! Merci pour votre accueil !

Soggiorno piacevolissimo
Il nostro soggiorno presso l'agriturismo Cuore Verde è stato piacevolissimo, in un ambiente molto curato, elegante e tranquillo, proprio quello che cercavamo. Un luogo in cui si torna volentieri e io spero proprio di poter tornare presto!
