The room was very comfortable, and it was very easy to communicate with the manager to arrange check in. We were also able to leave our bags after checkout for a few hours, which was very helpful. The area was quiet, and within a few minutes walk of Diocletian’s palace.

The property was beautiful, easy to access, and in a wonderful location just a quick walk from major locations and destinations in Split. Toma was a wonderful host. Check in was very easy, he was very responsive, and even gave many wonderful recommendations. I highly recommend Caldo Luxury rooms

Great stay

It was air-conditioned, close walk from the promenade. They allowed us to leave our bags before and after our stay. Our host Toma was very helpful and responded quickly to any enquiries we had throughout the trip.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The walls were quite thin, so you could hear a lot from the hallway and the neighbors. Unfortunately, the sofa had many stains, which made it uncomfortable to sit on. However, the location and facilities were excellent. On 2 out of 6 days there was no hot water in the shower. Still, it was a very nice apartment!

Schöne, moderne Unterkunft. Tolle Lage. Man ist schnell in die Altstadt gelaufen. 2 Supermärkte sind auch gleich zu erreichen. Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es nicht. Bei den empfohlenen Parkplatz vom Besitzer haben wir für 17 Std. 25,50 Euro anstatt wie von ihm angegeben 20€/Tag gezahlt. Deshalb haben wir selbst nach alternativen gesucht und sind fündig geworden. Hier war es am Sonntag sogar kostenlos. Die Zeit der Recherche lohnt sich. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Excelente apartamento perto do centtro histórico

O apartamento é muito agradável, limpo, bem equipado e excelente localização,bem perto do centro histórico, e a equipe muito cordial e pronta pra ajudar e direcionar. As unicas dificuldades foram os lances das escadas na entrada e para o primeiro andar, e a dificuldade de achar vagas para estacionar, mas ainda assim vale pela localizacao, conforto e atendimento.
