Superb boutique hotel, close to Split Old Town

Pros: The fantastic home cooked breakfasts. The location. The cleanliness. The friendly helpful staff. The lovely garden. The small family feel.
Cons: If Split could have more hotels like this, the town would be better for it.
Location: The location just outside of Old Town was superb, close to the action on the Riva, but away from the bustle of town. Many good restaurants nearby.
What made this place so special was it's staff, particularly Edita who gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. The room was modern, comfortable and elegant. The bathroom was so acious and had everything we wanted and the rain shower fitting was superb.

Olive tree courtyard in split

Pros: Luka's late night entertainment and hospitality. Morning breakfast was a feast of offerings from a friendly staff. Every need catered for.
Cons: The owners watching you at late night drinks, the only tiny downside.
Location: The park walk. A late night drink under the olive tree. Fantastic.
Staff - exceptional. Location - convenient. Ambience - lovely.
