Hard to find, needed local help. Luxury Garden Rooms is a misnomer. There was no luxury and no garden. However the location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overflowing rubbish bins outside the property over all 3 days a bad look.

Mixed messages

When I asked about parking I was given a bunch of areas and street names. It really wasn't any help. Because there are many "luxury garden rooms" i ended up at the wrong location twice. I'll give partial blame to Google on that one. The photo doesn't match the property. Had they either called it "nirvana rooms" or given an accurate photo it would have helped. They DON'T have laundry facilities, they have a laundry service. I literally walked 100' and had my laundry done in 3hrs. The room was recently renovated and clean. The property was quite good. I'm happy to have stayed there.

Could have been better accommodation wise

The accommodation was in a quiet part of Split-Dalmatia. Short walking distance to the main town which was a plus point. Unfortunately i was expecting more, the picture of the hotel was deceiving it didnt deliver for me on expectation.

The area around the property was run down, but the location to the city center is excellent. It was hard to find. Be sure to communicate with the landlord for directions.

Nice room ,everything you need for good stay,shared kitchen is extra.Location few min walk to the old town ,5 min from the port, to the first beach is 10 min walk. Would definitely recommend.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Opgehaald van het vliegveld door de eigenaar (tegen betaling). Wij hadden het luxe appartement. Het is de begane grond van het huis van de eigenaar. Eigen woonkamer, eigen keuken, eigen badkamer en eigen slaapkamer. 2 smart tv's dus lekker na een lange dag kunnen netflixen. Het appartement is stil (leefgeluiden van de eigenaar en het gezin zijn wel enigszins hoorbaar), de omgeving is ook stil. Het appartement is schoon, modern en zeer comfortabel. Via een binnenweggetje sta je in 4 minuten lopen midden in het centrum, de boulvard of de haven, ideaal.
