Sous sol et très bruyant

Pas tres loin du cœur historique (20 à 25 minutes à pied) stationnement compliqué mais gratuit. Appartement en quasi sous sol très peu éclairé. Mais surtout faisant partie d’une maison très très mal insonorisée avec des habitants bruyants. Moustiques partout donc fenêtres fermées. Le reste ok ! Wifi ok! Ménage ok . Les habitants de ce quartier sont très peu chaleureux et ne donnent pas envie de rester
