Perfect place to visit Split

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were super helpful, with directions to the hotel, restaurant recommendations and local info. Located just outside of the Historic area of Split, it was a great base to explore, enjoy excursions and accessing the beach. The breakfasts were great and nothing seemed to be any trouble at all. They even had beach towels available to use, which was fantastic.

Our last three nights on a 16-day Croatia trip we're at the Royal Suites and it was the most perfect place to end our vacation. Antonio was a great host, our room was fabulous and very modern. We were close to Old Town and there were many dining options within easy walking distance. We stayed in many hotels on our travels from Zagreb to Estrella down the coast and Royal Sweets was one of the best places! Would definitely recommend and would stay there again

Would return to this hotel.

What a lovely place. Just about 13 mins walk from Split ferry port and the old town and market. We had a room with a small balcony. It was lovely to sit out in the evening and enjoy the atmosphere. Antonio welcomed us and assisted with luggage storage as we arrived before check in. The room was beautiful, bathroom amazing and all super clean. The room has AC, a welcome addition in the middle of summer. Breakfast was excellent, a hot and cold buffet, and cooked breakfast as well if required. We had it all as we had a long day ahead. The scramble eggs were awesome. There are loads of little restaurants and bistro's just a few yards from the front door. Definitely will stop here again. Added a pic of the scramble eggs because they were really excellent and very tasty. All room pictures you can see on the hotel page, my photos would not do it justice.

The staff at this hotel is outstanding. It’s a very small property with very big service. They know Split intimately and will recommend day trips, favorite restaurants, cocktail bars and dessert shops. These folks went out of their ways to make my stay the best. Five stars for service.
