Perfect location and amazing suite - hospitable hosts - only negative I could mention after an amazing stay is the “luggage storage” as you just leave your bags in reception which is not manned and door unlocked - however Split itself is very safe so I guess no one ever has an issue

When we arrived the room smelled dank and musty. The cause was mold on the bathroom door. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay- perfect location.

The room was very nice, all amenities were good and clean. the location to downtown as great, just a few minutes walk. The only minor downside was not having someone at the front desk throughout the day, you have to call ahead to let them know what time you're arriving so someone can meet you there. But they were very helpful and took care of us very well

The room was only cleaned on request but when cleaned it's was done well. I asked for our room to be cleaned and it wasn't done. Our safe didn't work and I noticed a trap for pest/insects in our room. The shower was hot but the room was smaller than expected, there was no reception or lift.
