The space
Step into comfort on the main floor with a cozy living room featuring a smart TV and high-speed internet. A versatile study/bedroom, bright sunroom, washer/dryer, and half bath make this level as practical as it is inviting. Upstairs, discover four spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and even a private sauna for ultimate relaxation.

The basement is designed for fun and flexibility: enjoy a 65” smart TV, kids’ games, three twin beds, two queen auto-inflate air mattresses (with extra linens), a pack ’n play, toddler kitchen, and plenty of toys.

Outdoors, the fully fenced backyard is perfect for gathering, complete with a BBQ grill. Take a dip in the sparkling pool (operational Memorial Day–October 1, please inquire for details) or unwind year-round in the hot tub. -This home requires stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
-The owners do their best to clear snow before arrivals; a de-icer and shovel are available in the garage if needed.
-For guest safety, there is an exterior camera at the front door.
-The sauna should not be set above level 7. At higher settings (e.g., level 10), the bars and essential oil bottles become extremely hot and may cause burns. Guests use the sauna at their own risk.
-The yard is fully fenced.
-The pool gate has been removed. Owners are not liable for any injuries, including those associated with pool use.
-The pool is open seasonally (Memorial Day – October 1st). No lifeguard is on duty. Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk.
-The BBQ grill is provided as a convenience; propane is not guaranteed. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling.
-Guests must read and acknowledge all pool and hot tub rules, disclosures, and waivers. Hosts are not responsible for injuries.

-No food or drinks in the hot tub.
-Shower or rinse off before use.
-Turn off all jets, lights, and waterfalls after use and replace the cover.
-Children must be supervised at all times.

We had such a great stay at the home! Was perfect for our family of 7, with 5 littles, and still had 4 beds that didn’t even get slept in. So much space, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Amanda was amazing! We even hosted a 75th birthday celebration for my Dad. The space was perfect and my family was incredibly impressed. Now we all want to rent it in the summer. This is a great property overall. We enjoyed our stay there. A few more amenities in terms of bathroom and kitchen supplies would have been nice, but we were okay. This was a fantastic house for our group! We brought a team of high school runners to compete in Nike Cross Regionals (NXR). The house had plenty of beds, linens, towels, and spaces for the girls to relax, do homework, stretch, and rest. They loved the hot tub and sauna, and had the best dance party & movie night in the basement after a long day of racing! As parents, we really appreciated all the kitchen amenities and counter space to make big meals to fuel our athletes. We will definitely be back!

This was a great home for a family gathering. 6 parts of the family gathering together - each getting their own room. :) Plenty of space, well appointed, easy parking, great sound proofing. We had two little ones in our crew. :)We appreciated the toys, pack-n-play and high chair. It was so nice not having to shlep these along. This home was perfect for our family. 8 adults stayed in this property while in town for our fathers funeral. The host and home were perfect. The home is in a quiet, clean neighborhood in a great location for us. Spokane is HUGE and this home was in the perfect spot for us. It was very clean, comfy beds, solid internet. We all fit together in the living room and basement with ease to hang out, watch a movie, play games. The kitchen was well appointed. Hot tub was awesome. Very clean and covered if it rains/snows. We did not use the pool due to cold weather. We would 100% stay here again. The host was always quick to respond with any questions (only had a few prior to arrival, none of the questions were due to any challenges with the home). I would recommend a Bluetooth speaker for the home for some music, luckily my neice brought one. The Flying Goat in just around the corner and is awesome for some good pizzas. We have rented several and this is one we would definitely rent again.
