Tawni was very pleasant and inviting at the front desk. I didnt have any questions but she was very helpful and knowledgeable to a couple checking in before me. Beds were way too soft for my preference.

Stranded in Spokane

My husband and I showed up very late after being stuck on the side of the highway for 3 hours waiting on a tow. Tawnee welcomed us and was so sympathetic and helpful with our accommodations, in fact, all of the staff was just incredibly thoughtful including in the restaurant which was open until 11 pm to our pleasant surprise. The food was delicious by the way! I also love the bridge access right to the park and walk ability of the area (this was important since we had no car). Will always recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting the area.
