Cool Urban Loft

Enjoyed taking the stairs up to the cool loft apartment and then stepping out into the middle of downtown Spokane. Exactly what I needed after a long road trip from California. Got to relax in the apartment, appreciated laundry access and loved the sushi downstairs.

Great location and reasonably-priced!

My friend and I were excited to find such an affordable place in a central downtown location! Upon arrival at the apartment, we were a bit taken aback by the bed being right next to the front door - this was listed as a 1bed/1bath space, but it was a studio apartment with a partial dividing wall between the entryway(/bedroom) and kitchen/living space. It was overall tidy aside from a few hairs of *ambiguous* origin in the shower that were lighter than any of ours. But the space met our needs and gave us a fun way to enjoy the weekend without breaking the bank, and its furnishing even managed to make us feel a little bit posh in the process. Thanks for the great trip!

Cozy little spot in downtown

Check in was super easy, the host gave all the information you needed about your stay and conveniences. The condo was just as it was listed. Everything was clean and fresh with plenty of amenities. We would definitely come back another time.

Lock change time

I was taking a load of belongings to my truck about 8:45, knowing that the code changes at 10:00. I was completely locked out. An attendant thankfully opened the door to head to work and I was able to get the rest of my belongings, my phone keys just helpless. For the next person please change the code at 10:00. If I had went to breakfast I wouldn’t have been able to get in. No worries other than that I loved the stay thank you 💕

Nice Place Downtown

The space was as expected! Nice for a fun weekend away, there are elevators in the building and lots of parking options. It is down town, make sure you do not leave items visible in your car. There are lots of food places around. The building has a secure entry. Note that when entering the door code for the outside door, wait to open until you hear the door unlock to open. If you pull too soon the door will automatically lock for 5 minutes.

Clean and Quiet!

The property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, comfortable and the best part SO quiet. We slept like a dream. It’s easy to access and just a short walk to restaurants and bars. We visit Spokane a few times a year and will absolutely stay here again.
