This place is so old; and badly in need of renovation. We got one of the “suite” rooms so we could have a bit of privacy from our kids. Yeah there was a door but the wall between the rooms didn’t go all the way up… no joke. The doors themselves are paper thin. They half-heartedly have updated some things like the bathroom vanity and neglected other things. The beds are uncomfortable and have little tiny pillows. Parking was awful!!! Save your money and stay and one of the new hotels in the same parking lot like we did the next night.

The location is perfect for early morning flights. We have stayed there on all our previous travel. I did not get the opportunity to stay there this time however. I had a death in the family and was unable to travel. The hotel would not even response to my call. I was just asking to change the date of travel not a refund.

The restaurant staff was great. The food was great. The rooms are very outdated and there was an issue with booking through a third-party we had to get resolved at check-in - I was almost double-charged. Overall, I left a day early due to the condition of the room. The staff kept the property clean, its jut really outdated.

The outside in the common area was nicely done with the red chairs. It would be great to enjoy in the summertime. The breakfast was one of the best for a hotel breakfast but more help was needed to clean tables. All she had time to do was keep the food replenished. The dining area was gross. Not a good look for the hotel. The gentleman driving us to the airport and back was awesome!! Very helpful.

Room smelled bad like cigarettes, when going to the front desk to ask questions they acted like we were a inconvenience to them. The door would rattle everytime someone walked by and it looked like the door was kicked in at one point.

The room didn’t have a bathroom fan, which was really weird. So it sucked for defecation and showers. There was a rope left in the room by the lamp, so that tells me it wasn’t looked through very well. There was no booklet or anything letting us know where things were, amenities around the hotel, what the hotel offers or the restaurant in the hotel. I had to walk down to the front desk to get that information. I then told the front desk that I saw a car with their window down, so I took a picture of their plate and the tag in their window, the gal wrote it down and when we left they still had their window down. I felt so bad. That means the front desk didn’t communicate it to the customer. Which is sad, I expected better, all around, for what I paid for.

We can’t stay here again. They have the worst service and were so rude. I requested parking months ago and they denied because they had a big event on the weekend? Just rude. So we were forced To go pay at the airport. We have used them for years- such a shame!
