Worst hotel ever. I ignored the reviews. Do not stay here at any cost. The front desk women awful, parking sketchy and awful, stinky smelly room dirty stained blankets did I mention smelly dog and urine smell in room. Blood stain on bathroom walls. The ONLY plus was clean sheets and towels. DO NOT STAY HERE! Dog poop everywhere outside. Front desk clerk didn’t even say hello from her seat in the lobby. Didn’t greet me as she was busy on the phone. Didn’t even look at me when it came time to check in. OH and NO WIFI!! Husband complained and they said well we have it in lobby and he did too but once he came back to room no wifi. We had two children and dog. Had to bathe my dog once we got her home for fear she was carrying something. Clean sheets and towels are not good enough to waste hard earned money on for the unease we had all night. The blankets were filthy and the whole hotel is rundown, should not be an expedia hotel! Do better!!!!

This motel is a bit older and shabby but it was perfectly clean and a very good price. The pool was clean and warm and the hot tub was really hot which we loved!

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes and feces (like someone had gone to the bathroom and smoked a cigarette in the room minutes prior to our arrival). The lady in the lobby granted request to cancel the reservation right away which surprised me as I thought it might be more of a headache given the nightmarish room conditions. The bed was rock hard, there were stains in the sink, the carpet was sticky, so I immediately asked for refund and went to another hotel which fortunately there were rooms available otherwise my daughter and I would have slept in the car that night.

Property on dead end road, went by several vehicles that were parked along the road on way there that were vandalized. Signs walking up to lobby said smoke free hotel, yet you could smell smoke from the window along the entry way door to hotel. The water for shower couldn't stay a constant temp. 30 seconds scalding hit to 39 seconds ice cold. When talked to front desk they didn't see concerned. I've been at hotels water fluctuate but not that constant and extreme. Couldn't really shower with those extremes. The hotel is in need of remodel, definitely shows it's age.

Check is was smooth, very friendly clerk. Rom was okay, except the Analog TV didn’t get all the channels on their paperwork. The shower had a half-used bottle of shampoo, The fan was blowing constantly cold air. We tried adjusting the heat, but the next morning it was still blowing cold. We couldn't even shut it off. We told the rude gal at the front desk, her reply was 'I will let maintenance know when he gets up & around'! We went out that day, when we returned, the heat was still blowing constantly cold. We went to the 'spa', another family went into the pool area when we did. Three of us were looking for the button to turn on the jets. The other gentleman asked and was told the jets don't work.

I pushed my own cot upstairs, hallways are dirty and dark with damaged trim and flooring chips all over. Smells old. Loud in your room. Room was cold and took so long to heat up with the wall unit. Shuttle was the only positive. Kind and on time and helpful. Needs some serious TLC. I stay all over and this was the worst condition hotel I’ve been in and the exact same price point.

Front desk completely disorganized

Super 8 advertises free shuttle to airport, and I called 3 days ahead to be sure I had a space on the 4am shuttle for an early morning flight. I explicitly said that I had skis and confirmed that there was space. Was told no problem. Arrived to check in the night before and told that not only the 4am but all the next early shuttles were full, and my name wasn’t on the list. So I made a lot of noise and the manager decided that someone had made a mistake on the roster and that I was in fact listed. Seemed like the problem was solved, but… when I lined up with my ski bag at 3:55am the driver said there wouldn’t be room for the skis (laid over the back seat in the middle) because the van was full. I counted seats: 5 including the front passenger seat, plus skis. I asked the driver how many people and he just said the van is full, no room for skis. I said, what about the roof rack? He was willing to go look for tie-down straps but then one of the passengers said it’s only “us three”, meaning 4 including me, and therefore room for skis. So after all that aggravation everything worked out. Hotel screwed up, and lesson learned (not for the first time, of course) is: keep making noise until things get straightened out. Failing grade to Super 8 on service.

The hall ways and glass doors were very dirty. Our sink was draining slow I reported it but never repaired. The room TV guide showed 34 channels but only 12 available No sports or Fox News. In the 5 days we were there the personnel working there were not pleasant or polite. Like they disliked there job. I would not recommend anyone to stay there
