The staff, lobby and room were excellent. But the website is misleading. It shows pictures of the bar, pool, etc, which are not in the Louie, but across the street in the davenport.

I recently stayed at The Louie, A Davenport Hotel, for two nights and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered a comfortable, relaxing environment. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. I had the pleasure of interacting with Malachi and Noah at the front desk, both of whom were professional, courteous, and attentive to every request. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. It’s refreshing to find such outstanding service in a boutique-style hotel. Safety Concern

I was awoken at about nine in the morning to someone knocking, then opening the door. I was terrified, and thankfully I had the chain on the door. I am not sure of who it was, but if it was a staff member, I am not sure of the reason for opening my door before check out time if the do not disturb sign is on?!
