Just a 9-minute drive from Pescara’s seafront (4.5 km) and 10 minutes from the city center (4.7 km), the 30 m² Garden Annex offers you the best of both worlds: the peace of Spoltore—a quiet, green, and relaxing area—close to the Adriatic Sea, Pescara’s lively food scene, and its famous fish market.



The Annex is a private studio that comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children (or 3 adults). It features a double bed, a sofa bed, private bathroom, fast Wi-Fi (ideal for remote work), air conditioning, and a TV.



Outside, you’ll find a shared garden with barbecue and outdoor shower, perfect for summer evenings. A children’s pool is also available on request.



Private parking on site with an EV charging station—one of the few rentals in the area with this amenity. Shared bicycle storage. Shared washing machine and dryer. Tennis court about a 15-minute walk away.
