Please do NOT stay at this property. There is a reason they demand payment upfront and has a no refund policy!
This is a terrible hotel with absolutely no service or any assistance to guests for any issues, including being locked out of your room! My wife and daughter upon returning close to midnight on the 2nd night was locked out of the room due to IT system issues was unable to find any help via messaging the hotel via Expedia app. Both me and Expedia help line tried to call the hotel via their phone number and got only answering service! It is by pure luck that they went to a nearby Burger King and meet a staff who knew they can contact Hilton Inn nearby for assistance. Hilton Inn staff say they helped over 20 guests with the same issue!! There is absolutely no notice anywhere that you can go to Hilton Inn for assistance.
Otherwise they will be locked out of their room for potentially rest of their 7 day stay! To this day, there is no response from the property to my wife message about being locked out of the room.
As well, my wife message the hotel via Expedia app about missing hair dryer and unstable and usable internet on first night after check-in. Again, no response from the hotel.
There is only automated responses from the hotel to any messages send via Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel multiple times about issues encountered by my wife and young daughter, and hotel refuse to admit knowing any issues, and refuse to issue any refunds or even apologize.
