Place was great except the thin ceilings/floors were cause for noise late into the night from the unit upstairs and the noise from the site-wide laundry facility all afternoon. For the price I would’ve wanted to know so I could choose a different unit. The property was fine in most other ways.

Phenomenal lodging walking distance to Zion!

We absolutely loved our stay at LaFave! It was everything we needed and more! All the luxuries provided and so relaxing after a day of hiking in Zion! We loved we could literally walk to the shuttle and/or the park entrance too. The pool was such a treat and the views are just spectacular in the morning, afternoon, and evening. We hope we can visit again another day and stay at LaFave again. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting Zion!

Close to Zion National park - a key to great girls trip

Pros: proximity to town shuttle system, on the main road in Springdale, proximity to Zion National park, clean lodging with multiple rooms and bathrooms, beautiful views Cons: listing pictures and descriptions include pool and hot tub but this wasn’t available during our April trip. Management stated in writing that this was due to the most recent flood. However when we arrived, we asked and were told that this was a scheduled replacement for pool and hot tub and planned months in advance. Although not a deciding factor, we do feel that the property misled us.

Nicest place in Springdale!

This awesome vacation home is located in the heart of Springdale about 8 minutes to Zion NP entrance. It was beautifully furnished - wish my house looked like this one! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, coffee maker, coffee/tea, etc. washer and dryer (with soap pods), fluffy bath towels, etc. , just so many nice amenities! There is a very nice pool onsite and many restaurants within walking distance. We look forward to returning!

Very New and Clean Incredible Location

The Emerald Pools Villa was very clean and well appointed with everything you need and more! Of course the unit is new (Spring 2022) which was nice. But it was very well cleaned which is important. The location was perfect for an easy trip into Zion National Park. Many nearby places to eat and drink. We really enjoyed Bit and Spur. When the pool and Hot Tub are completed the place will be even better.
