Casa Oasis is a large, relaxing, modern home conveniently located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of NWA home. Close to everything and perfect for your NWA getaway. Two living rooms, plus a sunroom. This property sleeps 8 comfortably. We allow up to 10 people with extra guest fees. (Please note bedding arrangements)

Plenty of outdoor space with an oversized 1 acre lot and a nice open back yard. Explore the walking and bike trails nearby. Fully stocked , kitchen & laundry.

The Space:
• 6 BEDS (1 King, 2 Queens 2 twins and a couch)
• Smart Lock: Each reservation gets a unique random door code

2 Living Spaces plus a sun room: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a living room seating area with a 60” Smart TV, a sitting room and an extra large sun room with heat and air.

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, coffee pot, toaster, serving accessories, and more.

Outdoor Space: Large back yard and driveway.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, large closet.

Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps. Bunk beds and a bed in the sunroom.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees. Cancellation policy for long term stays is 30 days before check in to receive a refund.

Great Space for Families

The duplex was great! We were able to stay with our family in one side and our brother had his family in the other side. Easy to go out and do things together but relax when needed.

Barking Dog/Dogs ext Door

Only stayed one nite of our four nite stay. Dog next door left out all nite and barked so much we could not sleep. Other dogs in neighborhood barked too. Told owner we were leaving and thought he would provide a credit. Texted and asked him if he was going to do so and did not receive a response.
