Clean, updated modern rooms. First hotel I ever stayed at with absolutely zero hotel smell. Bathrooms large, upgraded, double sinks, lots of counter space. The place is spotless. Smart big screen TV, couch/nook area in corner, large desk space, updated features for your gadgets such as USB-C wall outlet, night stands on either side of bed so both people can charge their devices. Breakfast had good variety : all continental items plus scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, hash browns , tortillas, salsa, cheese so you can make your own little breakfast burrito. Juices, water dispenser available as well as coffee and TAZO teas available all the time. There’s also a bar in the hotel with a food menu as well. Outside was cold at night but had a bonfire, then 2 jacuzzi of good size but one of them hot water wasn’t working. Overall this is a 4 star hotel, beautiful view of mountains while eating breakfast, modern/clean. The fanciest hotel i stayed at during my National parks road trip. The front desk has many items you can borrow if you forgot anything, from toothpaste to curling irons and phone chargers ! So close to entrance of Zion national park. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zion - i was so comfortable in the room i honestly didn’t want to check out !

The room was clean and the hotel itself was beautiful. My only complaint were the beds and pillows. I couldn't sleep or get comfortable for the 2 nights we were there. My family said the same thing. The surrounding area was beautiful with some restaurants near by.

Rooms are very loud and smaller than pictures made them look. You can hear every door closing in the hallway like it's in your room, you can hear neighbors, no microwave in room (only one downstairs). Got stuck with kids next to us for our anniversary weekend and could hear them crying, running around, etc. even at night. The grounds are beautiful and I enjoyed the hot-tub. It's in a good location to coffee shops/etc. I wouldn't stay here again due to noise level, it was hard to relax. It was fine other than being inside the room.
