We had a great experience—the staff was friendly, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the daily continental breakfast, which isn’t an amenity you find at many motels. We would not mind booking another stay if ever in Springfield Missouri in the future.

The Location was easily accessed, the late night staff were very accomodating. The history and decor were what truly made it a unique place to stay. Best Western banked on the relationship to one of America's most beloved highways and the history of travelers like The King who stayed there. I loved this place and will return with my family if we can ever plan the Route 66 road trip!!!

Breakfast options were adequate and fresh, parking was easy if your vehicle is not extra long. We stayed in Elvis’s room - quite charming! Staff is wonderful and property is better than expected for its age. If you are looking to experience Old Route 66 the Rail Haven is perfect.

This hotel is packed with Rt. 66 history! It’s dated but they have updated the rooms and the pool and outdoor areas are very nice. Unfortunately we arrived late at night, so we couldn’t take advantage of the pool. (Opens at 10 am, checkout is 11 am)

Old timey motor hotel on RT 66 very comfortable excellent beds. Parking outside your room door is great. Single story so no stairs. There is a great family restaurant within the block.
