Parking was very safe and well lit. The unit was the family unit with a full size bottom bunk, twin top bunk beds as well as a king bed. King bed is on its last sleep, very hard and the full size bed wasn't even a mattress bed it was a futon cushion. The twin looked brand new. Epic failure on the full size bed. If it weren't for those 2 issues this place would have earned 5 stars in most categories.

The bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was great, including a coffee machine offering many options like hot chocolate, lates ect. I was able to park right in front of my door. The one dislike was the air freshner was very strong.

The checking in process took a bit of time, but the lady was new so it was understanding. The room we stayed in was alright, but the floor to the bathroom looks like it needs remodeled and the phone doesn't work with incoming calls. Was worth the $40 that we paid for with our One Key Card rewards.

The room was clean, the beds were not super comfortable and the tv didn't work. We got in late so we just used the secure Wi-Fi ( which worked great). Fun history with the Elvis stuff! Great breakfast!

This Only Has an outside Hot tub. They do have hot tub in the rooms with an up grade. The tubs are really deep and Hold water. I am realizing that using a 3rd party is not the best way to book a room. There are always Problems..
