They didnā€™t give me the room I paid for, that had a balcony. There was 2 options and both showed were standard rooms but difference was price and photos of the room. One was a window which I didnā€™t pick and the other was with balcony, the one I picked. Guy at reception had excuses and said the site I used, Expedia was the problem. Felt like they gave my room away or excuses to not give me the room I paid for. I have pics to show the difference in price and the room pics
