The experience with this Hilton Embassy Suited was excellent. The room was very clean, breakfast was excellent with multiple options, the service providers at the breakfast lounge were very helpful as well. Overall it was an excellent experience and lived upto to Hilton standards.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The only issue that we experienced was our shower drained very slowly.

Beautiful place but negligent staff!

The hotel itself was beautiful and I loved how breakfast and happy hour options were provided. However, staff were negligent to my family's needs. There were teenagers kicking at our door, sending threatening messages to my entire family. We expressed our fears/concerns to the front desk staff, just to be brushed off. The threats never stopped for the entire night. I threatened to call the police and staff talked me out of it because they said they had the situation under control. This put me and my family in fear and discomfort for the entire stay. My 11 year old nieces were crying and afraid. Nothing was done to mitigate the situation. My sister and her husband was locked out of the girls' room and were sleeping in the hallway for HOURS waiting for someone to come help. I will not be staying here in the future and would not recommend.
