Our room 119 was dirty. Something liquid pooled on the desk. There was no handsoap..at the bathroom sink. The shower door was broken but did close for us. The hotel needs to be updated or remodeled. The Good news is that it was a safe hotel to spend the night and we slept well! And the best news is the buffet breakfast was exceptional!! Also, location of hotel was next door to a Cracker Barrel!!

There is no hot tub. Pool wasn't as big as some but my grandson was the only one in it. The pool area was very warm and humid which is nice if you're swimming. There were no towels in pool area so we went to front desk. Our room only had two large bath towels for the four of us, so we had to go to front desk. The evening desk clerk was friendly and prompt, the morning clerk was a little slower. Breakfast had scrambled and boiled eggs, waffles oatmeal, cereal, apples, sweetened yogurt. Very flimsy plastic utensils.

I have stayed here lots of times, but this time it was a little different. I was in a room where the carpet was worn out and there was a place in the floor the sunk down if you stepped on it. We were on the 2nd floor, so that was scary. I did tell two different people at the front desk about it. .All in all it is a nice hotel, it just needs some upgrading.

Returning customer to the King jacuzzi suite. Love it here! They provided a later checkout upon request and a nice cold bottled water late at night. I'd just recommend adding a vending machine on site and eggs for the hot breakfast. Will be back!

At first glance it looks lovely. I did notice some problems, like the poorly repaired wallpaper or the air conditioner door that fell off when I opened it. As far as comfort, the bed was good and the pillows were wonderful.
