Staff was great! Room was tidy but could use a thorough cleaning - especially in the bathroom (floor and walls). Would recommend installing an option to keep the fan running constantly. The door of the room needs some attention. I don't like the barn door for the bathroom. Pool area was clean but small.

This is literally the worst place and customer service i have ever see. It really seems illegal what they did. Lisa the general manager( was told they wont give a last name or employee number) she actually canceled the reservation on the day of without us knowing , she said i had verbal confirmation, i said no you didn't and if that was verbal confirmation please play tge voice recording of course they would not, and charged the full amount and would not let us stay in the room, they sold it to someone else! This cant be allowed

The staff was very accommodating about changing our reservation, even due to pretty significant circumstances. When we did arrive to the property, the room was fine, but the pool was absolutely disgusting. There was hair everywhere in the whole area have been cleaned and anytime recently. I am very disappointed in the experience and was not worth the money we spent.
