The best part of the hotel was the first floor being tiles/easy to roll suitcases. The staff was great as well being able to accommodate early check-in. The bad part though was everything about the room. The toilet kept making gurgling noises and smelled very bad. The walls are thin making the sounds from the next door TV come through. The water pressure was low, making poor showers. Beds were comfortable!

Great stay! Room was nice and clean, breakfast was really good and pool was wonderful. Only disappointment was that the hot tub in the pool area has been removed.

The hotel is pet-friendly, which is a plus for those traveling with pets. However, there are absolutely no rooms available (not a single pet-free room) for people who are allergic to pets. Even after my room had been cleaned, a distinct dog smell remained. I was told I could change to another room, but I arrived late at night for an early morning flight. I did not have time to try different rooms or move my suitcases to another room. The receptionists and the shuttle driver were excellent.

We always stay here when we're in Springfield. The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful. Breakfast is a nice bonus too! We like that it's right off the highway and next to a gas station and other restaurants. Best hotel in the city!

I had a great experience at this property. My only suggestion would be to provide high-fiber bread for toasting at the breakfast bar and to also include some fresh vegetables (perhaps something as simple as red pepper slices) at the breakfast bar. The coffee was great.
