New 2021 home 3 BR, PEACEFUL GETAWAY Ozark

This is a new home build in 2021, everything in the house was bough new.
For your convenience we took care of the little things like USB changers by each bed, soft close lids on the toilets, to big things like 70 inch TV, new mattress and beds, new sofa, everything is new in the kitchen.
We offer more than any hotel and make the best of what is being included, please do not expect to have everything that your home does have, this is a nightly rental after all.
For your protection we recently installed 4 security cameras on the exterior of the house 3 are on the front of the house and 1 on the back house. No indoor cameras are installed. We are not allowed pets, or services animale inside the house.

HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

No parties or events allowed.

No smoking allowed. 

No pets allowed.

No shoes inside the house

No unregistered guests allowed. 

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 

Please respect the noise curfew. 

Please turn off the AC when you go out.

The house is fantastic and the location is perfect. It’s close proximity to Branson and Springfield make it perfect with its small town feel. The only distraction is the living room furniture. It is low to the ground and very rigid. The beds are wonderful and very comfortable. The two car garage was also very nice. We will definitely be repeat customers. The host is very friendly and answered questions quickly. Thank you for a great experience and we hope to be able to stay again in the future.

We had a perfect stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but not far from amenities. Perfect location for activities in Springfield or Branson. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was a great space for our 3 kids to play. They had toys and games to keep everyone entertained. We will definitely book again the next time we are in town.

House was great for our needs. Good communication from owner, and good overall experience. Could have had paper towels, ran out of toilet paper as there was only the partial rolls and no extra rolls. One of the beds was missing a top sheet. Minor things overall, but could be a tad cleaner and attention to these types of things. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Property was nice. Biggest problem was the master bathroom shower was unsafe. Very slick floor. A grab bar and nonslip mat or something on the floor would prevent what could be major liability for the owner if someone falls. Also no hair dryer, electric tea kettle as listed in amenities.It would also be nice to have more than one roll of t.p. Good thing Walmart is nearby.

We loved having this to come home to after each hot, busy vacation day in Ozark and Branson. We had enough beds (comfy), bathrooms, towels, etc. The garage was a perk to park in at night, and we loved that all the cupboards were easily marked. I would definitely stay here again…5 stars! In the near future, the owner should consider purchasing a new couch. Thank you for a great vacation!
