This cute patio home boasts an open concept floor plan with the kitchen, dinning room and living room. You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood and sunny home located close to West Bypass & James River Freeway.

Upon entry you will find the kitchen sits at the front of the home and contains almost everything you need to cook your favorite meals.

• Fast Wi-Fi at no additional charge.
• Desk with an office chair next to the couth, should you need to put in some work time.

The main bedroom boasts a queen bed with 4 pillows as well as:
• 30" inch Samsung smart tv.
• full size dresser along with ample closet space & hangers.
• 2 night stands with conventional/USB combo extension cords for easy access charging of your electronic devices.
• its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• luggage rack.
• full length mirror.
• en-suite bathroom. The sink and mirror are in the room, the private shower and toilet are separated from the room with a door.

The second bedroom provides 2 full size beds with 4 pillows each as well as:
• a full sized dresser with great closet space & hangers.
• a night stand with a conventional/USB combo extension cord.

-Smart Lock access with your own unique code at the front door and a garage remote to use during your stay. (There will be a $100 fee charged should you misplace/not leave the garage remote behind upon your departure.)

-Motion detecting security cameras will be installed in the future, placed at the exterior of the home for the security of the home as well as your property while visiting our home. We do not have any cameras inside the home. We do not monitor theses cameras, footage is only viewed if needed.

You will have access to a washer & dryer at no charge as well a clothes iron and small ironing board.


* If Wi-Fi, cameras or smoke detectors are disabled your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund of any kind.

There are two steps to enter the house at the front door and the interior garage door. The back patio has more than 5 steps from the ground to the back door - home is not wheel chair assessable.

While we supply most things you will need, you might have to replenish toilet paper, paper towels, and maybe even cleaning supplies depending on personal needs and the length of your stay.

-All guests must be registered.
-Let us know right away if you break or damage something, so we can make arrangements for its replacement or repair.
-Park in the garage and driveway only.
-No parking on the street or blocking mailboxes.
-No parking on the grass.
-Nothing may be stored on the grass for an extended period of time.

Acts that will cause your reservation to be immediately cancelled without a refund and will have an additional cleaning/damage fee assessed:
*3rd Party reservations - if you book the stay you must stay for the entire reservation.
*Pets/animals of any kind - our future guests expect a pet free home, owners & housekeeping are allergic.
*Parties/large gatherings are not permitted, no glitter, confetti or streamers.
*Smoking, tobacco products, vaping of any kind or the like on the premises (inside or outside - anywhere on the property) is not allowed.
*Parking on the grass or blocking mailboxes.

If these rules are broken it will result in immediate removal, cancellation of the reset of your reservation with no refunds, and a $1,500 cleaning fee.
