It was okay until check-out. No one was at the desk at 0900. I rang the bell several times and called out 'hello' but no one answered. I finally just left the room keys on the computer keyboard with a note asking them to email my receipt.

Yes, customer service was good. No elevator. Elderly couple. Had to carry our own bags up to flights of stairs. No breakfast. Not even coffee in the lobby. But room was clean and quiet.
