Staff of great! But the cleanliness was another story. Carpets were still covered in pet hair, down the hallway to the elevator and in my bedroom when I arrived. If you're going to be a pet friendly hotel, you should have equipment that can handle dog hair on a daily basis. Also, my bed sheets had yellow stains on them. They're white so it was easy to spot, flipped that sheet to the foot of the bed because they were small areas and the rest of the sheets were fine. Lastly, besides the smell of old carpet or something hitting me in the face every time I walked into my room that was about it. Oh, also, you need to update your "Hotels.com" website that they do not serve complimentary breakfast anymore! I was very disappointed when I got there are there dining area was not set up that next morning.
