Modern, comfortable, good burger place in the lobby, free coffee from a fancy machine w lots of options. Only downside is the property next door which is run down, but I always feel safe when I stay there 1-2 times per month.

The staff there is EXCELLENT, the front desk clerk work efficiently with Expedia to get me in a room at 1130pm after another hotel gave my room away due to my late flight arrival, and Seth the food and bar service attendant was GREAT also, very attentive but not overwhelming. Great hotel to stay at, it's definitely on my list to refer my friends, family and co-workers to stay at when in Springfield.

It shows well on the internet and I'll bet you have a lot of first time visitors, few repeat visitors. The plastic floors echo every movement above and around you. The best invention for a traveling business person, the curved shower curtain rod. The size isn't as bad as the placement of the shower head, you can't get away from the least cleaned item, the shower curtain. Anyway, best of luck, I won't return.

Quick and easy check in. Staff was friendly. Hotel is very modern/updated. Our room was very clean and the beds/pillows were so soft. The price was also great. I will stay here any chance I get!
