First Floor:



Master bedroom, which sleeps 2 in a king bed which can also be configured as twins, fitted wardrobe chest of drawers and flat screen TV equipped with Sky Q.



A second double bedroom with twin beds which can also be configured as a king, has ample storage.



A large family bathroom with bathtub and shower over the bath, plus plenty of storage.

Warm, clean, convenient, comfortable beds with nice linen. Handtowels needed! On both stays there was a handtowel in the WC and bathroom for general hand-drying use, but for those with long hair, its really inconvenient not to have a towel to wrap your hair with when coming out the shower.

Abbey Villa was great for a break in St. Andrews. The rooms are well-equipped, clean and free from clutter. The TVs are of a good size. The cottage is very dog friendly and has a small garden. There is a dedicated parking space. And the cottage is in a quiet location but just 10 minutes walk from St Andrews shops, restaurants and cafes. Staff were very helpful in answering booking queries before arrival. Highly recommended! All good!
