The property has an open plan kitchen dining and living area with a contemporary fire providing the focal point and the south facing wall being framed with 3 double floor to ceiling sets of doors opening out to the park. The marble dining table and Dalton leather seating provides comfortable dining for 4 and 5 with a squeeze!

The living area is furnished with a blend of Arne Jacobsen inspired individual seating and modern leather sofas.

The property has 2 bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and the other can be set up as twin or super kingsize. This is a very comfortable place for four people. It is next to a beautiful park, and easy walking distance to the town. If you’re a golfer, make sure you book tee times well in advance.

Absolutely a great place to stay, easy to walk around town. Having secured parking was great, plenty of room for 2 couples if needed. Kitchen was great with everything you would need washer dryer combo worked fine. Adam was a great host. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation you would not go wrong

We loved our stay at this apartment! Walkable into town, so much to do in the area. Beds were comfy, showers and hot water worked well, large kitchen and dining area so we were able to cook in one night. Very secure (a little bit of a puzzle trying to get in with all the gates and codes, but we figured it out!). Couldn't figure out an appliance and the host replied right away even at a late hour.

This apartment was gorgeous, clean, and very conveniently located to downtown St Andrews. We couldn’t have asked for better communication with the host as he was easily accessible and replied with all answers I may have had. He thought if everything! It was more than we could’ve asked for. There was a beautiful park right behind the building and it was safe, even inside parking!Thank you again Adam for everything!

Lovely flat in great location

Although this flat is small it was vey comfortable and in a great area. Very quiet looking onto a park and within an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of St Andrews.

Top notch in all aspects from the park views to kitchen and bathrooms to location and hospitality. Peaceful with birds and flowering trees but just a short walk to downtown. Our family will be visiting again and booking this apartment without a doubt.

Outstanding location and owner!

We were extremely pleased with our stay! The location was fantastic, super convenient, we walked everywhere. The owner (Adam) was very responsive and helpful.
