Good location. East parking.

The property is in a good location. Easy walk (2 long blocks) right into the heart of St Andrews. Reserved parking for your unit is very easy to navigate. Modern property. Nice shower w plenty of hot water. Beds are small. There is no early check-in; you can pay 25£ to check in at 3 instead of 4pm and another 25£ to check out at 11 instead of 10. I had to make 2 requests to find out this information. Difficult check-in. The key was not in the lockbox. No one returned my call (Sunday afternoon) when I left a message. I finally walked around the property and found a workman who was working on this property and he gave me the keys. No response to my messages or calls after hours- I figure the company considered my requests about check-in too demanding on my part. I accidentally knocked over the toilet brush cleaner in the bathroom and water spilled out over the floor. I found a mop in the closet for clean up. They were responsive to my request to have more towels brought to the property and to send a workman to repair the broken washing machine.
