We want to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. There is some exciting development happening on the estate, and while you may hear light, daytime noise during working hours, it’s generally minimal and shouldn’t affect your experience. Work typically wraps up by 5:00 PM each day.

Utility Interruptions: In Jamaica, it is not unusual to occasionally experience temporary disruptions to water or electricity service. These may result from scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues affecting the National Water Commission or Jamaica Public Service. As these matters are managed by the public utility providers, they are outside of our control. Outages are generally short-lived, and we trust that normal service will be restored promptly.

Please note, the beach is currently unavailable due to the ongoing work, but we’re looking forward to its completion and can't wait for you to enjoy it soon!

I had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Del Condo at Paradisiac Beach Club. Pictures don't lie! The Condo was very clean, very modern and can't forget the the beds very comfortable, bathroom showers was to fall in love with. Everything was to my comfort. Very quiet and peaceful.Mosquitos was one of my concern. Do not forget your OFF SPRAY! "Mother nature."If I had an issue Mr Del was just a text away, very attentive to my needs. The Condo is centrally located. If you do not drive the bus or taxi stop is right outside the community entrance. I would book again. Just Fabulous!Thank you, Mr Del for hosting me, hoping to come back again.Lady P.
