Nice place!

This is a nice place and we would be happy to stay there again. There were not any recent reviews, so I was a little hesitant to stay there. But the unit has been remodeled. It is bright and clean. It's one unit away from the ocean and has a nice view from the living room and primary bedroom. It needed some minor maintenance like tightening up the screws here and there. The management company was slow to respond in the beginning, but they sent us our check in info with plenty of time. Overall I would recommend it.

Nothing spectacular

This condo was very basic. Walking down the hallway you pass all these nice doors with wreaths and rugs then you get to this one and it looks like you are entering a motel room that is rented by the hour. The doorknob is about to fall off at any moment. Kitchen is well stocked. The toaster is kept under the cabinet with the pots and pans. Looks like whoever put it in there last turned it upside down so all the cookware had crumbs in them. There was a lot! I did not clean it up as it was not my mess. First bedroom has 2 twin beds both were pretty hard. The foot of the bed on one is a lot lower than the head so when you are laying on it almost feels like you are sliding down. TV remote batteries dead in this room. If you like a dark room when you sleep I recommend bringing a sheet or something to hang over the window. It faces the hallway so the nightlight shines through and at night it lights up the room super bright. They have a straw window covering but it does nothing to keep out light. Second bedroom has king bed with a queen headboard. Doesnt really effect it, but looks super cheesy. Also this headboard makes a ridiculous amount of noise like scraping the wall. Bed was not comfortable at all. The blinds in this room are broken and let in early morning light. There are sheer white curtains that are disgusting that I did not want to touch and look as if they have mold on them. The closets in both rooms are pretty much packed and there was hardly no room to hang just a few shirts. The master bathroom toilet has had a lot of butts on it apparently because the paint has been worn off! Really could use a new one. Also the shower curtain liner is gross. If an owner cant take the time to replace a nasty 97 cents shower curtain liner then I wont be staying again. This condo would probably work for a group of college kids who want to party, but I wouldnt say its nice enough for family that will spend a great deal of time in the room.

Great view condo

The condo was plain inside but had everything we needed. The view was the awesome part and so close to the beach. We will request this one again. Loved it!

Close to the beach!

The unit was very clean! Almost as close as you could get to the beach access. No problems other than we weren't able to access the cable in the second bedroom, but we didn't stay inside very much. The weather was perfect! Would definitely go again!
