Enjoy art-filled modern luxury 1 block from the beach! The backyard is a beautiful outdoor oasis with a private heated saltwater pool (option to heat Nov-April), a hot tub, yard games, outdoor kitchen and plenty of places to relax. 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (all 3 upstairs bedrooms have en suites). A game room with ping pong, Pac Man, ring toss, a bar and a sitting area with a 65" Roku TV. All this just a block from a quiet end of St. Aug beach and a 15-minute drive to historic downtown!

PRIVATE POOL + BACKYARD OASIS: Pristine heated saltwater pool (option to heat Nov-April), hot tub, chaise loungers with Sunbrella cushions, large tilt pool umbrellas, plentiful yard games, outdoor kitchen (gas grill, prep area, fridge, dining table). Plus, an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach (three-minute walk!).

LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN - Modern open-concept main level with large sliding doors leading straight to your own private pool. Open living space with a large chaise sectional couch and a beautiful electric fireplace. Enjoy tunes on a record player and a 65" Samsung Smart TV. A chef's kitchen with a 6-burner gas range cooktop and a fully-stocked kitchen, including glassware, indoor/outdoor dinnerware, kitchen appliances and much more.

UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM - Lay in your king bed and watch the sunrise in your private, large master space with a personal balcony overlooking the pool with peakaboo ocean views. Enjoy the spa-like en suite bathroom with a steam shower and a freestanding soaking tub. Other features include a huge walk-in closet and a 55" Roku TV. No need to go downstairs to make coffee; there's a coffee/tea cart in the bedroom.

UPSTAIRS 2ND BEDROOM - Beautifully decorated bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a trundle bed (two twins). The room includes a lovely en suite bathroom with a glass shower and a 43" Roku TV bed with. Watch the sunset from a bistro table on your own private balcony.

UPSTAIRS 3RD BEDROOM - A comfortable queen bed with a twin bunk bed on top. This tastefully colorful room includes a 43" Roku TV and an en suite with a shower and tub.

MAIN LEVEL 4TH BEDROOM - No stairs to climb to reach this queen bedroom with a 43" Roku TV. Full bathroom next to the bedroom.

The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked (dishes, towels, everything we needed, etc.). There was a small issue with the check in code, but John answered my call immediately and fixed it on the spot. The house is easily accessible to the road and beautiful beach. The backyard was beautiful and very private. The house looks exactly like the pictures. We would certainly stay again.

Excellent Beach Trip

We had a fabulous time at this home in the St Augustine area. The house and the pool were both awesome, well stocked both for inside and outside fun. Everything was exactly as described, even better! The beach was just a short walk away. We all said it was the best place our group has stayed. It is highly recommended by all of us. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed three nights over the Memorial Day weekend. It surpassed expectations based on the photos and description. It was well stocked with linens and towels, spices, and had a high chair and pack and play, which was a bonus for us. Everything was also very well organized. The outdoor area was awesome! A fenced in yard, a wonderful pool and hot tub, and back patio area with comfortable furniture; it did not show in the photos, but there is a fence and gate that separated the patio area from the pool area. This was also a bonus for us because of having a one year old and three year old with us. It is a short walk to the beach from the house. The indoor play area was so much fun! There is table tennis and the Pac-Man video game, as well as an additional sitting area and other games available to play. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. All in all, this is probably the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many over the years
