A little slice of heaven, this 4th floor Balcony suite will have you wanting for nothing more. A perfect location on the 4th floor, this condo is close to the pool and beach access and enjoys a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. There is a small table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a beach front meal. There is a new queen murphy bed in the living room where you can enjoy the ocean breeze of the ceiling fan, the ocean view or the 42" flat screen TV. Tile throughout this condo makes for easy cleaning. An adorable glass top table is perfect for meals. The full kitchen includes a new glass top 4 burner stove and oven, dishwasher and large stainless steel refrigerator. The bathroom is lovely with a jet tub and natural wood trim. The private bedroom has the comfortable King sized Beautyrest Pillowtop bed, a ceiling fan and a 32" flat screen TV. Horizontal blinds in the bedroom window allow in natural light without sacrificing privacy. The mirrored closet finishes this room with a touch of class. This condo is certainly a favorite among many guests. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Great Location, Needs Some Updates
The location of the property was great with a view of the ocean from the balcony window. Beach access is a convenient perk. Having a kitchenette was also a plus. We enjoyed these aspects of our stay.
Overall the property is in need of some updates and decluttering. There are too many armchairs/couches/chairs/throw pillows in the living room, so it feels a bit cluttered. There are also a lot of items that never get touched by cleaning staff and are in need of dusting, particularly in the bathroom on top of the cabinet near the air filter and the ceiling fan blades in the two rooms. If the owner would remove the quantity of knicknacks and things like lace doilies that don't get sanitized it would be much improved and easier to clean. The two AC units are also very loud and cut on constantly making it tough to get a good night's sleep.

It's all about the beach
Good location, near restaurants and St. Augustine attractions nearby.
Almost all suites are beachfront and the view beautiful. My suite had rather dated furnishings, especially the lighting and the latch on the balcony needs attention. Bed comfy. Overall, pleased.
